Central Sales & Service, Inc. has been in business since 1983, becoming incorporated in 1988. Founder Ralph Deaver was joined by Ed Kehrer in 1989. Since then we have grown as a team every year and moved locations due to growth expansions three times.

Maintaining our status as a small business enterprise, Central Sales employs fewer than 50 employees. The company now resides on 13 acres in the city of Waverly, TN, occupying 70,500 square feet of space in three production facilities. During three decades in business, we have proven its ability to withstand and succeed, even during weak economic periods.

Central Sales fulfills a niche by not being constrained to any specific market and providing exceptional service. We are able to manufacture products for every segment of transportation as well as the industrial market. Ralph Deaver, as president and chief engineer, combines leadership and skilled design and manufacturing expertise to help provide customers with quality products and service. The company currently holds patents to five product designs.
