Capabilities

Our on-site capabilities allow us to work with you on every step of the rubber production process. This includes engineering services, in-house production of dies and molds, and manufacture of finished product. We can extrude, mold, and fabricate – all to your specifications.

Extruding

We employ two separate cure systems in our rubber extrusion plant – autoclave and continuous cure.

Molding

Our rubber molding department can produce parts from 1 gram to 100 pounds or more. We work with multi-cavity molds, large precision molds and have rubber vulcanizing, rubber injection and rubber-to-metal bonding capabilities as well.

Fabrication

Our fabrication and secondary operations include sewing, gluing, machining and light metal work. In addition to conventional machining, we have CNC mill, lathe and water-jet capabilities.
