About Us

Central Sales & Service, Inc. is located just outside of Nashville in Waverly, Tennessee. We have been in business since 1983 with over 100 years of extruding and molding experience combined. CSS consists of 2 new steel buildings constructed and designed specifically for rubber manufacturing.

Our facilities encompass more than 54 thousand square feet of production space. CSS uses only the most technologically up-to-date methods and latest extruding equipment available. We have set up engineering and tooling on site to meet the stringent time demands required by our customers.

Central Sales & Service's production equipment includes; 4 extruding lines (2 autoclave cure, 2 continuous cure), 32 small rubber injection molding and vulcanizing presses (all 100 ton+), 3 big rubber presses for transfer and compression molding, 1 complete machine and light metal fabrication shop, 1 CNC waterjet cutting machine, 3 large clicker presses for gasket stamping (up to 40"), 4 computerized industrial sewing machines for fabrication, and many specialized automated cutting and hole punching machines.
